Great food, nice servers. Catfish on Friday is good. Mexican food is good.

This place looks a little dumpy from the outside. But the food has always been good the 3 x I have been there. The servers are all very nice as well. Burger is very tasty.

This is a great choice for quality southern style food, along with a nice salad bar. Lunch buffet during the week is nice as well. There's a lady who's worked there many many years. I believe her name is Connie. She's the heart of this joint! Glad they brought back the buffet. Owner, thank you!

This place has come a long way! The staff is finally friendly and food is good.

My family & I love coming here. We come at least twice a month. By far my favorite thing about this location is the salad bar. Best one in town. If I could improve on anything it would be cleanliness of the actual establishment. But over all it is one of the best restaurants in La Grange.

La Marina may be a little hole in the wall but their food is consistently good and that counts for a lot.

I have yet to find another restaurant that serves the BEST creamy chicken enchiladas that La Marina does. In fact, I have yet to eat anything there that was not good. (I believe know good food.) Service has always been fast. The lunch specials are very satisfying and reasonably priced, as are the weekend specials printed on the bulletin board. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke but have never smelled it in the restaurant area. The bar, yes of course, but it is separated from dining.The Austin stone inside walls are charming, the place is clean, though the dining areas could use a facelift. Tables could be painted, and the out-dated carpet replaced by new, perhaps wood-look vinyl or tile floor, as well as a fresh coat of white paint on the ceiling. If you judge the food on the decor,I you will be missing out on good cooking. I suspect some updates are planned for their near future . Check it out!

The place doesn't look fancy but the food is excellent and came out hot. The waiter Blake was the best server I have ever found. This is definitely a five star restaurant in a little context town

To old to keep clean. It felt unhealthy to eat there. The food quality was poor. I imagine there are lots of canned goods in the stockroom. Nothing seems fresh. I will avoid this place.

Don't let the outside fool you. La Marina has some of the best Mexican fare in the area. My wife said the tacos al carbon were some of the best she's had. I forgot the name of my dish.. It was a chimichanga type chicken burrito with green sauce and sour cream. Everything was fresh and delicious. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. You can tell these folks actually enjoy their job.

Delicious food! The chips were nice and thick, and the salsa was perfect! Had just the right amount of spice. The refried beans were terrific and so were the enchiladas.

Wasn't expecting much. Dinge inside and out. Lunch buffet 11.99 plus drink. Poorly presented, limited selection. Beef enchiladas were a mess, chicken fried steak were of the frozen variety. Frozen vegetables. At that price point for lunch I expected more. Service was slow. Better options available in la grange.

They let Kat's Antiques use a room for our meetings. Their guacamole is delicious!

The owner is a really nice guy,the food is good and it's not expensive, the building is old and the interior is outdated and could use some work but you won't b sorry 4 stopping and eating.

The food was pretty damn good. In fact, it was almost as good as the service. Kayla is GREAT! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was a great choice! I was pleasantly surprised that they are back to their regular hours for evenings when so many places are still closing early. We walked in at 8:30 and others came in after. The steak was cooked as ordered, the potatoes fluffy and the fish and she have a nice crisp batter. If you like salsa and chips, the salsa here is a bonus which they bring as a courtesy, and would be a great addition to their Tex-Mex dishes. The atmosphere here is still small town diner where the staff is friendly.

Very good good and nice service. My husband had the all you can eat buffet and said he liked the choices and it was good. I had the fish tacos. They were plentiful and very good. What we enjoyed most was their wonderfully flavored salsa.

Portions are large and the prices seem a bit higher than they should be for the place. I find the food tastes satisfactory but not savory.

This place is so great. I live in South Texas, and I have to say that this place is as good or better than the Mexican food places down there. The salsa is made daily, in house, and sometimes I think I could just drink it it's so good. The service is also fantastic. This is my absolute favorite place to eat in La Grange.
